The last column is for the text id or descriptor. The program will automatically update and correct these address according to a change (correction) table based on U00096.2. ".p" and .xtr" are extension conventions for EcoMap format files with single bp address positions. ".spn" is the EcoMap extension for three solumn SpanFiles, in which the first two columns denote the inclusive basepair(bp) interval address.
