Description:
DNA repeats include the known intergenic repeat familes, which are usually in transcribed non-coding regions, as well as tandemly-arrayed SSRs that can be found in coding regions. Any statistically overrepresented oligonuceotide sequence can also be considered as a DNA repeat.
