Description:
A variety of Structural Genomics Projects are ongoing medium- and high-throughput efforts to saturate the universe of protein folds by obtaining high resolution crystal or NMR structures for a large number of uncharacterized proteins. A large number of E. coli proteins are targets in these projects. These projects and their targets are summarized here and in the subTopics.
